Instructions:

  1. Rinse and Drain:

    • Rinse the oats thoroughly under cold, running water. Drain them to remove excess starch.
  2. Blend Oats and Water:

    • In a blender, combine the rinsed oats and filtered water.
    • If you'd like sweetened or flavoured oat milk, add your choice of sweeteners or flavourings at this stage.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:

    • Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Strain the Mixture:
